Burghfield Common Federation are looking to recruit a Pastoral Lead to work across the Federation. We are searching for an individual who has the drive, passion and commitment to provide support to children who may have social, emotional, or behavioural needs and who require additional help to access education and reach their full potential.
This permanent post will start in September 2024 and be 4-5 days per week with flexible working to meet the needs of the federation. A full recruitment pack can be viewed/downloaded below.
